OEH&S Wipe Test Let OEH&S handle your radiation monitoring for you. OEH&S will survey your facility with a portable radiation detection instrument, take wipe samples, analyze the samples and dispose of them, notify you of any contamination, and maintain all records for you.See our Recharge Rates page for costs. If you’re ready to take advantage of this service, fax or mail in a completed Radiation Contamination Survey Service Recharge Agreementand you’ll never have to take wipe samples again.
